Segal told Goldstein he wanted to at least bring the topic to Ford, who he thought would immediately turn it down, but at least get other famous actors interested so others would know Harrison Ford had brought up the project.
Jason Segel is perfect for this script
Eventually, Goldstein talked to Ford and sold him the role. Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince him, but he’s still excited.. Featured in WatchMojo: The 10 Best TV Shows of 2023 (So Far) (2023). And the rest of the show was great.
And Jessica is perfect
He has a weird, idiotic confidence in this role. Her humor matches the dialogue. This is the new way of thinking about situational dramas. No real punchlines, just eccentric, engaging personalities and slightly above-average but still relatable family situations.
I just can’t
In fact, Jimmy’s behavior as a therapist is completely absurd. You will immediately lose your license. But let’s allow metaphorical moments in the drama. And in this script we feel a strong sense of purpose in the decisions.
For me it’s easy and fun
We should reward the writers and try to capture the essence of them. Other commentators, it seems, had a hard time.
